EPC for One floor property with area less than 50sq.m/540sq.ft
Select this option if your property comprises a single storey.
For duplexes or properties spanning multiple levels, please arrange the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) from the other options below or add from the additions.
£60 inc. VAT
EPC for one floor property with area more than 50sq.m/540sq.ft
Select this option if your property comprises a 1 storey with area above 50sq.m/540sq.ft.
For properties with more than four bedrooms, kindly add the extra rooms to your booking request; an additional fee of £5 will be applied for each extra bedroom.
For properties with basements and/or Room in Roofs, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.

EPC for Two floor property with area less than 100sq.m/1080sq.ft
Select this option if your property comprises a two storey and is less than 100sq.m/1080sq.ft
For properties with basements and/or Room in Roofs, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.
For properties more than 2 floor/storey, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.
For properties above 100sq.m/1080sq.ft please chose the other option from below or add from additions.

EPC for Two floor property with area more than 100sq.m/1080sq.ft
Select this option if your property comprises 2 storeys and with are more than 100sq.m/1080sq.ft.
For properties with more than four bedrooms, kindly add the extra rooms to your booking request; an additional fee of £5 will be applied for each extra bedroom.
For properties with basements and/or Room in Roofs, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.
For properties more than 2 floor/storey, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.

Retrofit assessment for new or old/traditional built
Select this option if your property needs a retrofit assessment for self funded improvement or government grant/schemes.
For properties with basements and/or Room in Roofs, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.
For properties more than 2 floor/storey, kindly add the extra floors to your booking request; an additional fee of £10 will be applied for each extra floor.
